124 killed in 24 hours in Gaza, death toll rises to 30,534

Israel continues to attack the Gaza Strip in defiance of the International Court of Justice’s interim ruling.

At least 124 Palestinians have been killed and 210 injured in the past 24 hours. The number of Palestinians killed since October 7 has increased to 30,534. In addition, a total of 71,920 people were injured during this time.

The Ministry of Health of the region informed us of this information on Monday.

Apart from this, the ministry said in a statement that most of the victims were women and children. Many people are still trapped under the rubble and on the streets. Because rescuers cannot reach them.

Israel has been attacking the Gaza Strip since cross-border attacks by the Palestinian armed group Hamas. According to Tel Aviv, about 1,200 people were killed in that attack.

Meanwhile, according to the United Nations, Israel’s war on Gaza has pushed 85 percent of the territory’s residents into internal displacement amid acute shortages of food, clean water, and medicine. In addition, 60 percent of the infrastructure in the territory has been damaged or destroyed.

Israel is accused of genocide in the International Court of Justice. An interim ruling in January ordered Tel Aviv to cease genocidal actions and take measures to guarantee humanitarian aid to Gaza’s civilians.

But attacks on the Palestinian territories continue, and aid delivery remains woefully inadequate to address the humanitarian crisis.
