On the occasion of Holy Shabe Borat, Quran Recitation, Hamd Naat and Waj Mahfil have been organized at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the capital.
In a notification, the Islamic Foundation said, the waj will begin at 6:40 pm on Sunday evening with the virtues and significance of Shabbat Barat. Khatib Hafez Maulana Mufti Mohammad Ruhul Amin of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque will give a speech.
Muhtamim Maulana Niamat Ullah Faridi of Madaripur Jame’atuch Sunnah Shivchar will give a sermon on the teachings and actions of Lailatul Barat in the light of Quran and Hadith at 8:50 PM.
Shaikhul Hadis Mufti Nazrul Islam Kasemi, Khatib of Shahzad Lane Jame Masjid, Badamtali, Dhaka, will give a sermon on self-purification and what to do to achieve nearness to Allah at 12:30 pm.
At 3:15 PM, senior Imam Hafez Maulana Mufti of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque will preach on the importance and virtues of Nafal Namaz. Mizanur Rahman.
At 5:30 in the morning, the Shabbat celebration will end with prayers and prayers. This prayer will be led by Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Senior Imam Hafez Maulana Mufti. Mizanur Rahman.
It should be noted that the night of the 14th day of the month of Sha’ban of the Hijri year is considered as Shaba Barat or ‘lucky’ night for Muslims. Muslims spend the ‘significant’ night in worship. Shabbat also brings the message of Ramadan. Usually the month of fasting starts after 15 days of this night.
