Yami Gautam’s movie ‘Article 370’ has been released in Bollywood. The movie grossed Rs 23 crore in 3 days of release. The film earned around Rs 6 crore on its first day of release last Friday. Yami won praise for playing the role of an intelligence officer in the movie.
During the promotion of this movie, Yami said that she is going to be a mother.
In the meantime, the movie has been praised by the audience and critics. Another important role in the film is Priyamani, a popular actress of southern cinema, along with Yami. The film is directed by Aditya Suhas Jamale.
In the story of the movie, various issues including Jammu and Kashmir, corruption, terrorism have come up. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged everyone to look at ‘Article 370’. In his speech in Jammu, he said, ‘I heard that a film on ‘Article 370′ is going to be released. It is a good thing that this time people will get correct information about the film.’
Yami’s husband producer Aditya Dhar has also come under a lot of criticism for the film. Some say, ‘The film was made with such content to implement a special purpose before the election.’
Meanwhile, ‘Article 370’ has been banned in Gulf countries. The ban in the Gulf region is particularly damaging to the Hindi film industry. Because the audience for Bollywood movies is huge in this region. Earlier Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone starrer ‘Fighter’ was not released in all Gulf countries except UAE.
