Chief of the Indian Air Force in Dhaka on a three-day visit

Indian Air Force Chief Air Marshal VR Chowdhury at the invitation of Bangladesh Air Force Chief Air Marshal Sheikh Abdul Hannan. He arrived in Dhaka on a three-day visit on Monday (February 26). This visit will further strengthen the relationship between the two countries.
According to the Indian High Commission in Dhaka, there is a three-member delegation with the Chief of the Indian Air Force. The Indian Air Force Chief will pay a courtesy call on the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, the Chief of the 3rd Army.
The Indian Air Force chief will meet other senior officers of the Bangladesh Armed Forces. During the visit, he will also visit the BAF’s main air base. The Chief of the Indian Air Force will pay tribute to the members of the Bangladesh Armed Forces who sacrificed their lives in the Liberation War in 1971 by placing wreaths at the altar of flame anirban at Dhaka Cantonment. The visit of the Indian Air Force Chief will further strengthen the existing close and friendly relationship between the armed forces of the two countries.
