Three Bangladeshis died after being hit by a commuter train in Kajang, Malaysia’s Selangor state. The age of the deceased is between 30 and 40 years. They all died on the spot.
The accident happened around 10:30 p.m. local time on Sunday (March 3). Selangor Fire and Rescue Department Assistant Director Ahmed Mukhlis Mukhtar confirmed the matter.
He said a team of members from Kajang Fire and Rescue Station rushed to the scene at Kajang’s Taman Puncak Utama Jade Hill KTM Station after receiving an emergency call. A preliminary investigation revealed that the slain Bangladeshis had infiltrated through the railway tracks.
Mukhtar also said that the bodies of three people were recovered around 12:30 p.m. and handed over to the police for further action.
