Chasing that goal, Kumill began to get lucky with Liton’s innings of 85 runs. But in the end Liton’s team stopped at 165 runs after losing 6 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs. Sylhet won by 12 runs.
At the beginning of the innings, Imrul Kayes returned to Sajghar after scoring 3 runs in 5 balls to open this match. But Liton Das kept the other end and started scoring runs. Tawheed Hriday scored 17 runs off 15 balls for the third wicket. He gave up the catch while blowing away Ariful.

Then Liton started to run at a fast pace. Comilla needed 37 runs off the last 12 balls to win. Liton Das and Andre Russell were batting at that time. Russell can score 12 runs in the 19th over with a boundary and an over boundary. The target was 25 runs to win in the last over.
But Liton got out on the first ball of the last over. This right-handed batsman got out in the play-down after scoring 85 runs off 58 balls. Zaker Ali hit the pitch with the next ball. Russell went on strike with a single off the third ball. The target is three sixes in three balls. But he did not get any run. Even though Comilla hit four off the fifth ball, the match remained.
Russell was caught on the boundary line after scoring 23 runs off 14 balls while blasting Shakib in the last ball. Comilla can score 165 runs by losing six wickets. As a result, Sylhet won by 12 runs.
