Indian Congress leader Rahul Gandhi recently took a dig at the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and took a dig at Bollywood king Amitabh Bachchan and Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai. Big B has recently responded to Rahul’s comment, though he has kept quiet about it for a long time.
According to an Indian media report, Rahul said at a public meeting in Allahabad on February 18, ‘Have you seen the dedication ceremony of Ram Mandir? Have you seen any Scheduled Caste, Janjati representative?’
Rahul also said, ‘Those who run the country have been excluded from the invite list for the inauguration of the Ram Mandi. And who has been called? Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s.
Amitabh gave a post on his Twitter handle yesterday Thursday. Wrote, ‘Now is the time to work hard. Being physically active…and mentally humble..everything just has to wait.’
However, despite Rahul raising questions about Amitabh-Aishwarya in the public meeting, they were not present at the temple inauguration ceremony. It is believed that this may be the reason why senior Bachchan did not tolerate the matter with his face. The daughter-in-law and herself answered the sarcasm intelligently.
