The Chief Justice of India observed the judicial work of Bangladesh

Chief Justice of India Dhananjay Jaswant Chandrachur sat in the Appellate Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court and observed the proceedings for 20 minutes.

On Sunday (February 25) morning, the Chief Justice of India observed the proceedings of Supreme Court Justice Aniruddha Bose and Justice Dipankar Dutt for 20 minutes in the Appellate Bench led by Chief Justice Obaidul Hasan.

At the beginning of the court proceedings, Attorney General AM Amin Uddin and Supreme Court Bar President Mumtaz Uddin Fakir congratulated the Chief Justice of India and other judges.
After that, the Chief Justice of India observes the proceedings as per the agenda.

Before leaving the courtroom, Chief Justice of India Dhananjay Jaswant Chandrachur said, “We feel honored to be brought to the highest court of Bangladesh.” I think the judicial culture of India and Bangladesh is similar. I invite honorable judges and learned lawyers to the Supreme Court of India.
Chief Justice of India Dhananjay jashwant Chandrachur arrived in Bangladesh last Thursday (February 22) to attend the two-day conference titled ‘International Conference on South Asian Constitutional Courts in the Twenty-First Century: Lessons from Bangladesh and India’.
