With the aim of motivating the soldiers of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) to practice Azan and Quran with pure pronunciation and clear voice, Azan and Quran competition has been held in BGB.

The final phase of this competition was held for 02 days at the Central Jama Masjid of BGB Headquarters in Pilkhana from last 28th March 2024. In the final stage of Azaan competition, Sepoy Md. Saiful Islam of Sector Headquarters, Dhaka won the 1st place and Sepoy Khalilur Rahman of Sector Headquarters, Rangamati took the 2nd place. On the other hand, Constable Md. Azizur Rahman of Sector HQ, Sylhet won the 1st place and Sepahi Md. Russel Akand of Sector HQ, Dhaka won the 2nd place in the finals of the Querat competition.
