Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina laid the foundation stone of the Mujib Centenary Language Museum and Language Writing Archives at the International Mother Language Institute.
The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone by participating in the four-day program organized on the occasion of Great Martyr’s Day and International Mother Language Day on Wednesday.
Besides, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina unveiled the cover of the book ‘Unfinished Autobiography’ of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman published by the International Mother Language Institute, the translation publication in the languages of 6 minority ethnic groups and the multilingual pocket dictionary.
On the occasion of this year’s International Mother Language Day, he handed over prizes to the winners of the Language Olympiad.
Education Minister Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury Naufel presided over the event.
