On the occasion of Great Independence and National Day, Hon’ble Minister of Home Affairs, Hero Freedom Fighter Mr. Asaduzzaman Khan MP today 26 March 2024 Tuesday at 8 o’clock in the morning at Rajarbagh Police Lines laid a wreath at the police monument and paid deep respect to the martyred policemen in the liberation war.

Later, Inspector General of Police, Bangladesh Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun BPM (Bar), paid tribute to the martyred policemen by laying wreaths at the PPM Police Memorial.
Then President of Bangladesh Police Service Association and Additional IGP of Special Branch Mr. Md. Monirul Islam BPM (Bar), PPM (Bar) and Association leaders; DMP Commissioner Mr. Habibur Rahman BPM (Bar), PPM (Bar), Dhaka Range DIG Mr. Syed Nurul Islam BPM (Bar), PPM,The BPWN leaders led by President of Bangladesh Police Women Network (BPWN) and DIG of Special Branch Mr. Amena Begum BPM paid tribute to the martyred policemen by placing wreaths at the police memorial.
