Units of Russia’s Battlegroup South improved their frontline positions in the Donetsk area, allowing them to defeat at least 410 Israeli troops.
Vadim Astafiev Gold, the spokesman of the country’s battle group, confirmed this information.
The Ministry of Defense of Russia said that the Russian troops were able to remove the Ukrainian forces from the areas of Klishchivka, Dileivka, and Kurdyumivka in the Donetsk region. Apart from this, they have taken a favorable position around the city of Abdivka. The city fell to Russian forces this month.
After the fall of the city of Avdivka, Putin ordered Russian troops to move further into Ukraine. Currently, about one-fifth of the country’s territory is under Russian control. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he will not rest until all Russian troops are withdrawn from his country.
