Shakib-Tamim mourn for victims of Bailey Road fire

The Bailey Road fire has cast a pall over the country. The line of dead bodies has been long in the terrible fire of the ‘Green Cozy Cottage’ building. Mourning has fallen in the sports field of the country. Several cricketers including Shakib Al Hasan, Tamim Iqbal, Mushfiqur Rahim expressed their condolences for the victims in this incident.

Sharing a picture on social media, Shakib Al Hasan wrote, “I mourn and pray for those who lost their lives in the Bailey Road tragedy and their families.

Tamim has given a message to take preventive measures so that the incident of fire does not happen again. Wrote on his Facebook page, I pray for the souls of those killed in the Bailey Road incident. We must change. Or will never change!

Wishing everyone a Jumma Mubarak, Mushfiq wrote, Let us pray for the departed souls of those who unfortunately lost their lives in the fire yesterday. May Allah protect us all.

Tiger all-rounder Mehdi Hasan Miraj wrote, about half a hundred people have already lost their lives in the tragic fire accident that happened in a building on Bailey Road in Dhaka yesterday. May the souls of all those who lost their lives in this accident rest in peace and my deepest condolences to their families and all those affected who are going through a difficult time. Also, I wish a speedy recovery to all those injured in this terrible fire.
