The closing ceremony of Sems Football Fest-2024 organized by BAF Shaheen English Medium College (Sems) was held on Sunday, March 10, 2024, in a grand manner at the ground of Sems.
In the senior (boys) final on the final day of the tournament, Delhi Public School defeated Hardco International School 3-1 in a tiebreaker to become the champions. Before this, the junior (boys) and senior (girls) finals were held. In the final game of Junior (Boys), Bangladesh International School and College defeated International Hope School Bangladesh 2-1 to become champions and in the final game of Senior (Girls), Shaheen English Medium College (SEMS) defeated Bangladesh International School and College 2-1 in a tiebreaker. Honored to beachievesAssistant Chief of Air Staff (Management) Air Vice Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, BBP, OSP, GUP, NSWC, PSC graced the game as the chief guest and distributed prizes among the champion and runner-up teams.
Among others, senior Air Force officers, teachers and students were present on the occasion. It should be noted that 20 teams of boys and girls from 11 English medium schools of Dhaka are participating in this 3-day football tournament
