Rangpur Riders won a tough match against Fortune Barisal in the crucial match of 10th BPL. In the match, Rangpur was progressing well to chase the target given by Barisal. But they fell into a batting disaster in Barisal’s spin vortex. But in the end, Nurul-Shakib’s team smiled and won.
Fortune Barisal collected 151 runs for 9 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs at Zahoor Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong. In response, Rangpur Riders reached the port of victory with 1 wicket and 3 balls in hand. In this victory, the team remained at the top of the table with 18 points.
Rangpur did not get off to a good start chasing runs. Brendan King and Muminul Haque opened the innings for the team. King scored runs at a brisk pace after coming to the wicket. But before opening the account of the run, Muminul returned to the dressing room.
