Chief of Indian Air Force visiting Bangladesh Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari PVSM AVSM VM ADC paid a courtesy call on Air Chief Marshal Sheikh Abdul Hannan, BBP, BUP, NSWC, FAWC, PSC at Air Force Headquarter
During the meeting Bangladesh Air Force Chief exchanged skills and discussed various issues with Indian Air Force Chief. A smart contingent of the Air Force gave him a guard of honor when the Chief of the Indian Air Force arrived at the Air Force Headquarters. He inspected and saluted the guards. Earlier, the Indian Air Force Chief visited Shikha Anirban of Dhaka Cantonment in the morning and paid his respects to the memory of the members of the armed forces who lost their lives in the great freedom struggle of 1971 by laying wreaths there. There he signed the visitation book.
It should be noted that the Chief of Indian Air Force arrived in Bangladesh on a 03-day official visit on 26 February 2024 with a delegation of 03 members. Through this visit of the Chief of the Indian Air Force, it is expected that the area of mutual cooperation between the two countries will expand and the existing friendly relations between the two countries will be strengthened
