According to the notification, in the month of January, 1 thousand 153 people were admitted to Dhaka National Orthopedic Hospital (Pangu Hospital), 472 people to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, 771 people to Chittagong Medical College Hospital, 558 people to Comilla Medical College Hospital, 420 people to Khanpur Hospital in Narayanganj, and a total of 3 thousand 374 people. The passenger and pedestrian were injured in the road accident and admitted to the hospital. Accordingly, the number of injured patients with hospital information is 4 thousand 428 people.
Besides, 42 people were killed and 21 injured in 44 railway accidents that month. 6 killed, 13 injured and 3 missing in 7 shipping accidents. 534 people were killed and 4 thousand 462 people were injured in a total of 572 accidents on roads, railways and waterways.
