Brazil beat Argentina 5-1 to reach the semi-finals of the CONCACAF W Gold Cup.
Vitoria Yaya scored a goal in the 19th minute of the match on Sunday to give Brazil the lead. After 36 minutes, Yasmeem doubled the gap with a goal. Both teams went into the break leading by two goals.
Bia Zanerato scored in the 54th minute to give Brazil a 3-0 lead after the break. Gabi Nunes scored in the 61st minute to make it 4-0.
At the end of 81 minutes, however, Argentina’s Celeste dos Santos reduced the gap by scoring. But in the extra time of the match, Zaneirato completed his double. In the end, Brazil left the field with a big win against Argentina.
Brazil will play against Mexico or Paraguay in the last four. The two teams will meet in the last eight match on Monday morning
